TatTool uses email address as the client identity inside each organization. If staff enter an email that already exists, the existing client can be reused instead of creating another scattered profile.

Add clients from the Clients page when preparing ahead, or create them directly while booking a tattoo session or consultation. Search suggestions help staff find existing clients as they type.

Clients are shared across the whole organization, not locked to one artist or location. A returning client can keep one record while booking across multiple dates, locations, and team members.

Store first name, last name, email, and optional phone number so confirmations, reminders, payment requests, consent forms, and automated flows can reach the right person.
