Extensions in TatTool add optional features to your organization. You can install only what your studio uses and keep everything else disabled.
Where do I manage extensions?
Go to Extensions in the left navigation, then open an extension to configure it.
Common Extension Types
Resend Email
Use your Resend account as an organization email provider in TatTool.
Send organization email through your own Resend account.
Twilio SMS
Send SMS from TatTool using Twilio and Flows.
Send SMS messages from flows.
Stripe Payments
Enable online payments in TatTool using Stripe Connect and payment requests.
Take online card payments, deposits, and payment links.
Digital Consent Forms
Create, send, sign, and approve encrypted consent PDFs for bookings and consultations.
Collect and track client consent digitally.
Ink Registration
Track ink inventory, register inks to bookings, upload data sheets, and share ink info with clients.

How extensions work with Flows
Some extensions add actions you can use in Flows. Resend is different: it adds Resend as an email provider option in Settings → Communication, and the generic Send Email node uses whichever provider is selected there.
