Invite Members

Invite users with role and visual color assignment.

After your organization and first location are ready, you can invite members.

Invite users by:

  • Email address
  • Role assignment
  • Color assignment (used visually in the system)

Invited users receive an email and can join as soon as they accept.

Where to invite members

Invite and manage members from Settings → Organization → Members.

Role overview (practical)

Roles control what someone can do:

  • Owner/Admin: manage organization settings
  • Manager: manage operations (calendar, verification), but may not manage organization settings
  • Reception: view and manage calendar operations (front desk)
  • Member: typically sees their own work and daily tasks
