Join or Create an Organization
Accept an invitation or create the organization that owns your studio setup.
An organization is the workspace for your studio. It owns locations, members, bookings, clients, payments, extensions, and reporting settings.
After signing in, choose one of two paths:
- Accept an invitation to an existing organization
- Create a new organization
If you already belong to more than one organization, use the organization switcher to choose which workspace to enter.
If You Were Invited
Invitations are sent to a specific email address. Sign in with that same address, then accept the invitation when it appears after sign-in.
Important invite rules:
- The TatTool account email must match the invite email
- Existing accounts can accept invites if the email matches
- Invitations expire after 14 days
- Expired invites must be resent by an owner or admin

If the email does not match the invited address, the invitation will not attach to your account.
If You Are Creating The Organization
Create a new organization when you are setting up TatTool for a studio that does not already have a workspace.
You will provide:
- Organization name
- Organization handle (slug)
- Company email
- Currency
- Language
When the organization is created, you become the Owner and a 7-day free trial starts.
Choose the currency carefully
Payments and reporting use the organization's currency. Choose the currency your studio primarily uses for revenue.
