Create Your First Location

Add the first physical place where bookings, availability, and reporting happen.

Create the first location after the organization exists. A location represents a real place where work happens, such as a tattoo studio in a specific city.

At least one location is required before scheduling, availability, and location-based reporting are useful.

What To Enter

For the first location, provide:

  • Location name
  • Opening hours

Use a name the team will recognize in the calendar and filters. Opening hours should reflect when the location is normally available for bookings.

Opening hours affect operations

Accurate opening hours improve booking availability, calendar quality, and reporting reliability.

Setup Steps

Create the location

Add the physical studio location where bookings and consultations happen.

Set opening hours

Add the normal weekly hours for the location. You can adjust closures and exceptions later.

Use the location in member and booking setup

Members can have a default location, and bookings should be attached to the location where the work happens.
