Locations

Locations represent where work happens. They are required for events, payments, reporting, and communication.

A location is a physical place where work happens (a studio, branch, or guest spot).

Locations are foundational in TatTool:

  • Every booking/consultation is assigned a location
  • Payments and reporting can be filtered by location
  • Flows can include location details in messages

Why Locations Matter

Locations are used for:

  • Scheduling and clarity (“where is the appointment?”)
  • Revenue and utilization reporting
  • Capacity calculations (especially when filtering by location)

Capacity depends on member assignments

Some capacity metrics for a location depend on which members are assigned to that location.
