Roles & Access
Who can create templates, send consent forms, and approve/reject them.
Consent forms follow your booking/consultation access rules.
Appointment Access (Day-To-Day)
All users who can access an appointment can typically:
- View consent forms on that appointment
- Create/send consent forms from that appointment
- Copy links / generate QR codes
- Approve or reject consent forms (after the client submits)
If a user cannot see the booking/consultation, they cannot see or act on its consent forms.
Members vs other roles
Members usually only see consent forms for bookings/consultations they are assigned to. Other roles see consent forms according to their appointment access.
Template And Settings Access (Administrative)
Managing templates and settings happens in:
- Extensions → Digital Consent Forms
Common access patterns:
- Owners/admins/managers: can edit templates (create, edit, activate/inactivate)
- Owners/admins: can update consent form settings and deactivate/uninstall the extension
If you don’t see the edit actions in the extension pages, you likely don’t have edit permissions for your role.
