Setup
Install Resend Email, configure from address and API key, and send a test email.
This page explains how to connect Resend so it can be selected as your organization email provider.
Where to configure
Extensions → Resend Email → Settings
1. Install The Extension
- Go to Extensions
- Install Resend Email
2. Configure From Email
In Resend Email → Settings → From Email:
- Set the From Email
- Optional: set a From Name
From email must be verified
The from email address must be verified in your Resend account, otherwise sending may fail.
3. Add Your API Key
In Resend Email → Settings → API Key:
- Paste your Resend API key (starts with
re_)
Only owners/admins can update credentials.
4. Send A Test Email
In Resend Email → Settings → Test Email:
- Send a test email to your own inbox
If the test works, you’re ready to select Resend as the organization email provider.
5. Select Resend As The Email Provider
After setup succeeds, go to Settings → Communication and select Resend as the organization email provider.
Flows and manual send messages use Resend only when it is selected there.
