Why do some location-based metrics show 0?

Capacity-based metrics (like available hours) can depend on which members are assigned to a location. Assign members to the location from Members → member ActionsAssign locations.


Can I delete a location?

Locations are archived instead of deleted to preserve historical integrity for events and payments.


What’s the difference between archiving and deleting?

  • Archive: hides from future use, keeps historical references intact.
  • Delete: removes the thing entirely (used for tags; organizations are scheduled for deletion).

Why can’t I see Organization settings?

Organization settings are restricted to certain roles. If you can’t see a page under Settings → Organization, ask an owner/admin to make the change.
