How Opening Hours Work
- Each weekday can be toggled on/off.
- For active days, set opening and closing hours.
- Quick copy tools let you copy a day’s schedule to other days.
Where Opening Hours Are Used
Opening hours impact multiple parts of TatTool:
- Insight capacity calculations (available hours)
- Utilization metrics
- Availability logic when creating bookings
Opening hours are defined weekly and extrapolated across reporting periods.
Use closures and time off too
Opening hours represent your baseline schedule. Use location closures and member time off to reduce availability for specific dates.
